Study summary A study of syringe residues provides insight into which psychoactive substances are used by people who inject drugs in different regions of Estonia. Around 5000 people attend our training courses each year. In total, we offer more than 300 training courses. We organise 3 to 4 major conferences every year. The training courses are aimed at staff in schools, childcare and care homes, social workers, child protection and youth workers, health professionals and health promoters, counsellors and psychologists, foster carers, adopters and guardians, local authorities, public authorities involved in health and social work, law enforcement officials, non-profit organisations and businesses.
The results of cancer research can be used to assess the effectiveness of cancer prevention, screening, early detection and treatment, and contribute to evidence-based policy and clinical decision-making.
