Aim of the meeting: The final international Network Meeting will bring together all partners and collaborators to present an overview of the activities and outcomes of the TUBIDU Project. With an eye on the future, participants will discuss the current situation, latest trends and developments in the field of TB services for vulnerable groups with an emphasis on people who inject drugs.

13.30–14.30 Sharing good practices and approaches in TB prevention among PWID
Different countries will bring examples of good work practices and share how they were able to implement them, what were the barriers and how they were overcome. Short presentations will be followed by discussion.

15.00–16.00 Panellists will discuss whether the politics and practical activities are moving in the right direction to eliminate as many barriers as possible that impede people who inject drugs from reaching TB treatment.

Introduction of the Study Tour
Introduction takes place in the conference hall Celibidache which is located on the first floor of the Hotel ibis Palatul Parlamentului
Bus leaves from the hotel at 9.00

09.00–13.00 Site visit to Bucharest – Jilava Prison

13.00–14.00 Lunch

14.00–15.00 Site visit to ALIAT – NGO working with PWID and alcohol addicts

15.15–16.15 Site visit to Save the Children
